Squeal like a pig fat boy!

Well after ahead of research, here it is. My new gun!
http://i421.photobucket.com/albums/pp29 ... 3af6f1.jpg
For now it is all bone stock. I did change the hop up nub and bucking because it absolutely sucked. Haven't even fired the thing yet though. I plan to get some chrono readings today. All in all it's a decent quality gun. Has a few minor issues that I'm addressing today. Barrel wobble, body flex. However this thing is menacing. A whopping 15 lbs dry. I weighed it myself.
I plan on adding a tighbore (yes I know its a saw) and a 150 spring which should net 400fps. Yes I know, a 150 netting 400? The piston stroke is shorter than a normal gb, basically it doesn't compress the spring entirely, so it needs a stiffer spring. The gearbox is HUGE. I think it can handle an even heavier setup. I would like to up the rof. The MOSFET, which is actually a rheostat works well. Like I said, all in all I'm happy. Cant wait to test it in the field. Will post more pics and give a better review when able.

That's a sexy piece of ass right there.

Of course, your first order of business should be replacing the flash hider... ;)

But legit, I like it a lot. That stock is the sexiest part of the gun.

Does it have cc threads on the barrel? You could put a big silencer on it and a longer inner. Or better yet, get an amplifier....

I like andrew's idea, that would be awesome.

The gun is amazing by itself, though. ;)

the knob for the rheostat is so big it limits the space for any type of suppressor, silencer or amplifier. it has cc threads, 14mm. i intend to make some type of amplifier though. for know i am just going to paint the duckbill the closest gun metal gray i can find. i also did some chrono work with this thing. its funny how it works.
get this: a spring that was in my kwa that produced 400 with .2's gave me around 180 with .23's. Pete had a 130 in a broken gear box, that gave me 330 with .23's or 350ish with .2's. however, i did fire it (obviously) and its a hose. 11-19 bps depending on the rheostat setting. it seems to have decent range, though i haven't had a place to go test yet, aside from inside my house. the gearbox is loud, but that could just be cause the motor isn't adjusted correctly. i plan to fix the body flex tomorrow. i might try, for the hell of it, to install my silencer from my m4.

I don't know about a supressor... Just seems kinda... Unnecessary? I don't claim to know much about guns (real ones, anyway), but a silencer on a support weapon like that would make me giggle.
I support paint, though.

I dunno, one shot coming out of nowhere is nervewracking, but 30-40? that would be hellish!

Nope never did, perhaps someone else did though. Very unrealistic.
