Islabad

Postby Fox1 » Mon Jan 21, 2013 6:00 pm

U.S. Forces have located a HVT in the area of Islabad. They have confirmed the HVT to be Mahjine Allabed, code named "Red Fall". Confirmation has been made through two sources, a CIA agent on the ground code named "Snow", and a new classified drone class being used in the area called Nightfire P11. Unfortunetly there has been some complications, Communications with the Agent Snow have ceased, and shortly after the final confirmation of HVT Red Fall, Nightfire P11 displayed turbine malfunction, which caused a total loss of lift. It's contents can not be allowed in enemy hands, if it's hardware is captured by the islabad militia, they will sell it through the black market and it will end up in the wrong hands. Nightfire P11's impact was less then 12K away from the HVT's location. A small team of Operators are being sent in to extract what they can from the crash site, and destroy whats left. U.S. forces are being sent in to capture/kill Red Fall, and recover the lost agent Snow. Last but not least remember that Red Fall is not alone, he travels with a fairly large security force, and Snow if alive, is most likely one of the guards around him.

U.S. Forces Mission:

1. Capture/kill code name Red Fall
2. Recover code name Snow
3. Escort Snow to extraction point.
4. Snow must make it alive at all cost.

U.S. Operators Mission:

1. Recover what hardware survived the crash.
2. Destroy Nightfire P11's remains.
3. Get P11's hardware to the extraction point.
4. No hardware can end up in the enemies possession.

Islabad Militia:

1. Protect Red Fall at all cost.
2. locate/investigate the crash site.
3. Retrieve hardware from the crash site.
4. Get hardware to extraction point.

So is this just a scenario idea or are we planning on actually holding an OP?

What are the team ratios?
Die well, or don't die at all, I prefer the latter.

Well my idea would be to make teams 50/50 and the operators would take up 5 forces of the U.S. forces

There would also be follow on missions, that would vary depending on the outcome of this mission.

Sweet. So it would be like a continuos RPG? You should make full directions for gameplay and bonus missions.

Well that was the plan, but I am not going to bother with follow on missions unless this idea of mine kicks off.

I would take the Homer team and kick it off, but we haven't got enough organization or people to make it worth it  . I might try, and if we do i'll sure tell you how it works.

It would at least require 30 players.
