Crye Precision

So I'm looking at getting a pair of Crye G3 pants and I'm just wondering if they're actually worth their price tag. I mean, $225 is a lot to pay for pants.

I picked up a pair over the summer for an Op in the lower 48. Ive worn standard BDU cut pants for years and ACU cut pants for Combat Advisor Course last spring and was skeptical about what would make these pants any different or better than the standard issue stuff that goes out.

Now that I've had some time with them and gone through a 30 hour event and other smaller games while wearing these, it all makes sense. These pants stretch in certain areas to allow better mobility and shooting positions and the knee pad inserts create much less stress on your knees when you are playing for extended periods of time.

My recommendation is pick up a pair and enjoy them.

I have the crye G3's, they are worth every penny. If your going to drop the cash though, look into the AC's. Once I wore my AC's, I never went back to my G3's.
