MS2000 Molded Helmet Mount

At Endless Rain I noticed someone with a helmet that had a hardshell MS2000 (IR/white light strobe) mount/pouch on the rear of the helmet. I am guessing it was a FOX unit member. Could you let me know what thats called and where I can get one. Right now I am using an OSOE NSW Helmet Ballast for both a counterweight and MS2000 pouch/spare battery holder, and while it is useful, I would prefer something that is better attached to the helmet.

Most of our gear was issued during one of our deployments, but I will ask the guys and get back to you. But just as a FYI the new strobes are not much more then the old MS's, and they don't require a pouch, might be worth your time to look into one. I moved to the new HEL Star 6 and I'm never going back, it's got everything you need for airborne ops and night raids. Ill try to get you that hard case nomenclature by the end of today sir, my guys are all hard at work right now.

Appreciate the response. I know the new MS's are nicer and newer, but I had the MS2000 issued and laying around so I figured I might as well use it haha. I'll have to take a look at the new HEL Star and see what it can do for me. Also no rush on the nomenclature, I know that y'all are busy.

Well I just got the word back from our CAG squad and its official, it wasn't us. We all are using Velcro to hold our strobes on, along with tie downs or war bungies. You must have seen someone else, I wasn't't able to even find a hard case mount for the MS2000 online so I got no idea. Wish I could be of more help sir.
