Gears and stuff

Postby ECABoss » Sun May 26, 2013 9:12 pm

I stripped my spur gear in my m4 :/ so it looks like ill be buying a new gear set. Any suggestions on a good bulletproof gear set? Also, my air nozzle cracked so any ideas on a good replacement for that?

I was thinking Eagle Force as in hand-wound Japanese motors... Looks like there is a different Eagle Force with gears (found on Evike).

From the photos, those are definitely rebranded SHS.

If you're after standard torque, we actually have 2 sets of standard torque gears coming in early next week on an express shipment. We have a large SHS order coming in maybe 2-3 weeks from now that will have all of the different ratios on it (and pistons, all other parts we are out of, etc.)

Evike's 2mm-shaft standard ratio gears (ones that fit standard bushings) are $45:

When we get them back in stock, AirsoftFix has the same thing (but with SHS stamped on it) for $29:

Also, ours are backed by a 45-day return/exchange policy if they strip/etc., Evike will leave you high and dry if anything happens to them after you open the box.

If you need something ASAP we do have some helical gears in stock:

http://airsoftfix.com/product/SHS-100:3 ... et/140282/
These DO NOT require a half-tooth piston (there are straight-cut high-torque gears that we carry that do, however) and will run quieter if shimmed properly, although slightly slower.

Sweet! I will definitely check out those SHS 18:1 gears when they get back in stock.
